Welcome to Mikael Villa !

We are delighted to have you as our guest and hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Below is all the information you might need during your visit. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us through the Airbnb app.

Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 pm

  • Check-Out Time: before 10:00 am

​

Hot Water:

  • For hot water, turn on the hot water switch from the power distribution board located (____). Turn it off after 15 mins before you use the shower.

​

Wi-Fi Information :

  • Network Name: [Wi-Fi Network Name]

  • Password: [Wi-Fi Password]

BBQ:

  • Everything you need for your BBQ is conveniently located on top of the fridge (charcoal and anything else you wish to buy, you can find it in the nearest convenient store in Paliouri).

​

Pool Rules:

  • The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM.

  • No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk.

  • Please shower Before Entering.

  • Children Must Be Supervised.

  • Keep noise levels reasonable to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.

  • Dispose of Trash Properly.

House Rules:

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No parties or events.

  •  Please turn off the A/C every time you leave the property.

  • Please do not throw toilet paper in toilet.

  • Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

  • Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.

  • Please lock up the property, switch off all the electric devices and leave the keys in the locker outside on your checkout.

Dining & Local Guide:

  • Recommendations for local Restaurants, Beach bars, and Take-way food is provided here.

  • If you wish to cook, you will find a variety of cooking utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen.

Emergency Information:

  • For medical emergencies, dial 112 to reach local emergency services.

  • A first aid kit is located in he storage room.

  • Fire extinguisher is installed for your safety. The fire extinguisher is located next to the fridge.

  • In case of fire, please evacuate immediately and call emergency services.

Laundry Services:

  • A washing machine is available for your use in the storage room.

  • There's no need to add detergent , simply put your clothes in, choose the washing cycle and turn it on.

Trash and Recycling:

  • Trash bins & Recycle bins are located outside of the property on your right before you enter Epar.Od. Paliouriou-Afitou.
